We bought our first home and we were not sure what to expect from the whole process but stress. Thankfully, it was the opposite of stressful and that's all thanks to Pam Jones. She really made the whole process such a breeze. Pam was encouraging and hopeful when we weren't sure if we would ever find a home. We thought we would be some of the lucky ones and the first few we looked at would be the right one for us, we were wrong. She was in constant communication with us from beginning to end and even through the holidays. When we did have an offer accepted she made sure we knew about every step until closing, she answered any and all questions we had. I wish I could remember. I was still in shock over losing my husband and taking care of my terminally ill brother. Brain fog is real. All I know is she stuck with me, figured out what I really wanted (after I finally figured it out myself) and brought things to me as they became available. I was all over the place in the beginning, trying to understand myself what I needed and she helped me make things click with the help of my family. Great experience.
